Return & Refund Policy — Wildo Surf

At Wildo Surf — Surf Shop & Burger Joint, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved within 30 days, you may choose between:

    • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • After 30 days, returns will only be eligible for store credit.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wildo Surf cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages) cannot be returned.

  • Only regular-priced merchandise and apparel qualify for refund or credit.
