Return & Refund Policy — Wildo Surf
At Wildo Surf — Surf Shop & Burger Joint, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved within 30 days, you may choose between:

A replacement item (subject to availability), or

A full refund to your original payment method.

After 30 days, returns will only be eligible for store credit.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wildo Surf cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages) cannot be returned.

Only regular-priced merchandise and apparel qualify for refund or credit.
